Artist / scientist talks 9 November 2019, 10:30am 9 November 2019 - 2 February 2020 EXHIBITION 2018-2019 RESIDENCY PROGRAM Art of Threatened Species Western Plains Cultural Centre 76 Wingewarra Street Dubbo, NSW, 2830 Art of Threatened Species is a collaboration between the Office of Planning, Industry and Environment and Orana Arts. Eleven artists were selected to engage in their own self-directed residency program during 2018-2019 researching particular threatened fauna, flora and/or environments with nominated scientists. Works created during this residency will be included in a public exhibition opening at Western Plains Cultural Centre in November 2019. |
